| I am not from California or a certifed instructor, but I teach an after school programm for kids 7 to 11 years old. I love it! I don't do it for money, I do it for fun. Maybe that's why I love it Keep your head up... soon you will have a bunch of new kids and maybe they will be better!! ciao,

| Besides teaching culinary arts, I also teach a Gen. Ed. 11th grade U.S. History, Sp Ed Am. Govt/Econ, geometry and an English 4 class, an since I have nothing else to do, I'm Dept Chair. High School kids - GOTTA LOVE 'EM - Can't drown 'em. I really do love 'em, it's just the emotionally disturbed kids with sharp knives that really make me nervous. ![]() Jer |

| Welcome- from another special ed teacher (orthopedically impaired but the lines blurred into LD and ED)! I also taught everything, from kindergarten level to high school. I'm sure we could swap some stories. I did the other half of my career as a reading specialist. You're going to enjoy Chef Talk, I'm sure. Have a look around and see for yourself. We hope you visit and participate often. Enjoy! Mezzaluna
