Hello to all,
I am renovating my kitchen and was looking for some good advice on a new range so I decided to join up and ask questions to like minded individuals. I am 40 years old, live in Ottawa Ontario, Canada and have been cooking (and learning) for about 20 years. I do not have any formal training, other than the Food Network

and the Internet.
