| Hello guys, I've arrived today on this beautiful site and I'd like to share with you my passion for food and wine. My cookery is obviously italian style, with also a little influence from French and Spanish cuisine. I hope you enjoy my recipes and I hope you can forgive my "spaghetti english". I'm going to post my first recipe....see you soon! |

| Benvenuto, Serial344! I'm happy to extend a welcome to Chef Talk. (I was on vacation- sorry for the delay.) Don't worry for a moment about English; we're delighted to have food-lovers from all over the world here. I enjoyed the food in Rome when we visited a few years ago, and look forward to returning. We had a memorable meal on the rooftop of Termi di Diocletian for our wedding anniversary. It was romantic and was the first time I tasted limoncello. We'll look forward to sharing recipes and stories with you often! Welcome, Mezzaluna
