 Greetings from Rome! Hello guys, I've arrived today on this beautiful site and I'd like to share with you my passion for food and wine. My cookery is obviously italian style, with also a little influence from French and Spanish cuisine. I hope you enjoy my recipes and I hope you can forgive my "spaghetti english". I'm going to post my first recipe....see you soon!  |

 Benvenuto, Serial344! I'm happy to extend a welcome to Chef Talk. (I was on vacation- sorry for the delay.) Don't worry for a moment about English; we're delighted to have food-lovers from all over the world here. I enjoyed the food in Rome when we visited a few years ago, and look forward to returning. We had a memorable meal on the rooftop of Termi di Diocletian for our wedding anniversary. It was romantic and was the first time I tasted limoncello.  We'll look forward to sharing recipes and stories with you often! Welcome, Mezzaluna
