 Favorite Foods Hi, I am a food professional working in the Kraft Test Kitchens. Food is not just my liviehood, it is my passion. Being married to a chef, you can bet my kitchen is busy. I like visiting BB to see what cooks are talking about. Although I love fancy and exotic foods, some of my favorites are basics: potatoes, corn on the cob, standing rib roast, nuts of all sorts and parmesan cheese. What are your favorite foods?      |

| I am a from scratch cook too, although I do use refrigerated tortellini and doctor up jarred spaghetti sauce for a quick weekday meal. |
