| Welcome Jaymar- With a name like your's, I couldn't pass up greeting you....LOL We look forward to hearing about cooking from the Aussie point of view.. (I visited once on holiday..many, many years ago- Sydney and Cannberra (sp?)- really beautiful country!!!)

| i second that, i worked in a fab restaurant in Sydney"ARIA" and i learnth so much and loved it and the people there, but working only on a working visa i had to come home. So a big hello and also looking foward to chatting.I was just watching Bill Granger there on the telly, nice fresh food, yum. bye for now |
