I'm new too, just saying hi to everybody. I'm in southern Ontario, Canada - just an interested (non-professional) cook with some past serving experience. I like the looks of this forum, you folks are all pretty active and stuff.

The last thing I cooked was: bread pudding, a loaf of beer bread, and a great big pot of chili. :-D

In truth, I don't enjoy cooking so much as I enjoy eating well. So there you have it!
