Default hello

Hello,
I have been browsing this forum for the past couple of day, and I think that it is great.
I along with two other partners are in the process of opening up a restaurant. It will be a 130 seat restaurant.
About 10 years ago when I was 22 I started working in the restaurant business as a server, and then a bartender, I have done everything from bussing tables to dishwashing in this time period. For seven of those years I worked in one restaurant. When I was 25 I decided that I should go to college. So I did just that. It was a long four years. I was working as a server full time and going to school full time. I had to pay for college myself, so I worked as much as possible to pay the bill. However I am still in debt. There is no better source of income then being a server/bartender while in college, a crazy busy restaurant, and a great owner doesn't hurt either.
So I graduated, and got a job as a trader for an investment company….it was awful!! I Worked there for three years before I quit. Meanwhile I still kept my job at the restaurant that I worked at during college. My wife and I had a beautiful girl during this time. I worked at the restaurant to supplement my wife's income, because we decided that she should quit her job and stay home with our daughter. Once I left my job at the investment company, I worked full time at the restaurant, it was great, it felt like old times. However the benefits were terrible for a family of three. So I quickly procured a job of a reinsurance accountant (what fun). I am still working as an accountant, until the restaurant is close to up and running. Sorry for rambling!!
