| Hello, my name is Joe...I am an avid BBQ'r ... more towards smoking then general BBQ. (low & slow) Specialty is whole hogs and briskets. Happened across this site and I hope to get pointers to help polish my general culinary skills and possibly pick up a few great side dish recipes along the way. Working towards a BBQ catering business some day down the line.....hopefully! SJ |
