Hi all,
just poking in to say hello, My name is Tish and ive just joined, a bit about me, ex-chef-waitress-barmaid-kitchenhand who has always loved to cook. i have recently taken on the very large task of catering for a very good friends wedding reception. Why? Cos i'm a sucker! No i must admit i cautiously volunteered for it. And then regretted it. lol.
So i figured i'd get in here early and annoy everyone for the next 6 months with stupid questions about devilled eggs and what do i do if i poison everyone?

Welcome to Chef Talk, Tish! We have plenty of playful people here, but when it comes to giving good advice, we get down to business. You'll want to check out the catering forum and maybe use the search tool to locate topics you need which we've discussed earlier. Naturally, we also want you to post questions!
