| Hi. I am very new at this and a bit confused! Took me ages to find my way here. When registering, I didn't see a category for "outside" catering as we call it in Africa. I have managed and had my own catering company in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe, for many years. Due to varous reasons my husband and I are now living in Mozambique, doing logistics for a hotel group. Unfortunately I am not involved in the catering or food and beverage side of things right now but but yearn to be back involved with food etc. That's why I joined, to keep up with what's new, what you are all cooking etc. Thanks and regards Kim |
