I want to say that I am very happy for being a member of ChefTalk.
I hope I will make so many friends in here

I was working in an advertising agency (TBWA/Istanbul) as an account executive but I quit my job 5 months ago to be able to focus on chocolate making I hope I will have my own chocolate store one day.
I spend my days reading books, visiting sites about chocolate and making chocolates
