I love food people...the hardest working and hardest playing bunch in the world.

I'm Cat Man. That's short for Category Manager.
24 years in the restaurant business, the first half in operations (yes, slave), the second half in field support, R&D, Purchasing, Sourcing, Food Safety and Sanitation Training.

Now I run my own company and we do purchasing a logistical support for small chains that want to act like the big ones.

I have a ton of food knowledge. I've had the luxury of travelling all over the world finding the best ingredients across all food categories for the largest casual dining chain in the world.
