Hi, my name is SweetThing and I am looking forward to learning and sharing with others that share my love for baking. I have been a professional baker and pastry chef and I am open to new ideas and willing to share what knowledge I have with you!

Hello Sweet Thing and welcome to Chef Talk. We have a lot of experienced baking and pastry people among our members, plus a whole slew of avid home bakers who share your passion for all things floury and sugary!

Please have a look around the forums, but don't miss the cooking articles, cookbook reviews, recipes, special guest discussions..... whew! Your dough will have proofed before you can get through a tenth of what's here. I guess that means we'll be seeing you often!
