 Hello Sweet Thing and welcome to Chef Talk. We have a lot of experienced baking and pastry people among our members, plus a whole slew of avid home bakers who share your passion for all things floury and sugary!  Please have a look around the forums, but don't miss the cooking articles, cookbook reviews, recipes, special guest discussions..... whew!
