| I work full time as the Director of our local Food Bank and part time as a caterer. I do mostly BBQ events and am well know through out our region. My rig is amazing its a trailer mounted bbq pit that can be used also as a flat grill. I can spit roast a whole hog while at the same time serve up stuff like eggs, pancakes and such. Its great for all day events we can go from breakfast to lunch and on to dinner with out a lot of fuss. Cheers fstfrdy
