| I can not begin to explain the passion I get from being in the kitchen. After working in the transportation industry for 18 years and now being in the kitchen, I have realized I should have done this right out of high school. I had thought about it when I was 18 but was afraid to take the plunge. Now I realize that there is not much more relaxing then putting out a finished product that the guests love. I ran across this sight a few days ago. I am so looking forward to reading the thoughts of others who share my passion. |
