 Rookie with Experience! Greetings All, Just found this site while I was looking for some catering help. And I am very happy about it. I attended a culinary arts program a dozen years ago and spent several years cooking in restaurants but I no longer am involved with food on that level. However I do cater occasional events when friends (?) ask for help. Anyway, I'm glad to have discovered this resource and am now going to the 'Catering Forum' to pose my questions.  Hello MaJing and welcome! Now that you've found us, you'll be coming back often I'm sure. You're right about the catering forum, but don't miss the other wonderful forums, both the professional ones and the general ones.
