 Hi Hi, I stumbled acorss this forum and really enjoyed some of the comments, suggestions, and ideas. I graduated from culinary school in Dec 05 and just returned to begin the pastry. I should be finished by end of this year or early next. I am open to ideas and know I have a tremendous amount to learn.  |
