| Hi all, Stumbled upon this forum today and figured i'd sign up. Read a few threads and enjoyed what I'v read so far. I'm 25 Years Old, My name is Chuck. I started my own Catering Company just about a Year ago and am doing quite well for just about a year after starting small. Now we are ready to take some more steps forward after just about a year, which is very exciting! Hope to get some information as well as contribute some also! I'm on Long Island, New York, have been cooking since I was a Kid, probably 5 years old or so. Mainly Italian Food, since my father and grandfathers were all born, raised in italy then moved here. I do enjoy cooking anything however from Chinese food, to Indian to Spanish! My company is more based on Italian cuisines and family recipes, but do make others occasionaly. We have a website Papacino's Catering, any Suggestions or criticism is always welcomed, thanx! Well that's about me and My Welcome. Hope everyone has a great day! |
