Hello from the DEEP South!
I am new to the states/Maimi area & was hopeing to garner some responses with regard to hiring/recuiting some culinarians! Any advice would be great!

I would need some more specifics from you to thoroughly answer your question.
I'm just up the road in Tampa and I know many cullinary people in S Fla.

I am in a five star resort hotel just outside the Miami area & I am looking at adding to an existing team.We need young fresh talent who have a great attitude.We are hopeing to add 1st, 2nd & 3rd cooks, but haven't had a lot of luck in the local area. I thought that I might see an influx of resumes come across my desk now the summer is here, we are still in need of about twenty culinarians! Any luck with schools out of state?
