 Bonjour, Gastronomie and welcome to Chef Talk. Once you've been a participant here for a bit (15 posts) you'll be able to post links. Until then, we hope you'll participate in the discussions and enjoy reading the cooking articles, cookbook reviews and recipes. I've visited Belgium myself several times and enjoyed it very much. The countryside is lovely and the cities beautiful. I think Bruges is my favorite, but I'll have to visit again to see if there are more that might be 'favorites' too!
