New to Chef Talk Hello, my name is Tony, my friends call me TBone. I live in the Chicago area, well West Burbs actually. I'd consider myself a home cook right now but I'm trying to get a catering busines off the ground. I've had a passion for cooking and entertaining since I was knee high to a grasshopper. Most of my knowledge came from Mom and Grandma in the kitchen. I've taken a few cooking classes but nothing formal. I hope to share some of my knowledge with you guys/gals and also learn some new things as well. Well I've rambled long enough.
