| Not only new to Chef Talk, but new also to internet forums. Took me a while to find out where to type my intro. I've been cooking for a family of five for over fifty years. Always learning. Need to know what the refrigerator shelf life is of 4 oz. jars of chopped garlic. Look forward to meeting you all. |

| Hi, I am so glad you welcome all food lovers. I love to cook. I am not a chef, do watch Food Network and love to try new things. I especially am looking for recipes that are low salt and low fat; yet,..............taste good, too. It's exciting here. So, far, it seems a nice friendly place to be.
