| Thanks for allowing me to join in. Wish to have great experiences through this forum. I am new in this forum but I think I am familiar with all the foods that I enjoyed to cook everyday in my small kitchen. With humble, here is a brief of me in cooking zone. I was a retired Country Manager that familiar with food industry since I was little girl. My skill is cake decorating, gumpaste flower and animal toys making, creating new recipes with different food ingredients (Usually I trust my skill of tasting the ingredients). Loves creativity in food styling and as a party planner. But the most intersting in me is I am a kind of Gourmand. (not a pro one) I need tons of input and info from everyone, so please assist me, a newbie in this forums. Good Luck Everyone, especially the moderator and admin.
