Hello SirChef and welcome to Chef Talk. We have a few Iowans here, and some of us have connections to the state. My father was on the radio in Cedar Rapids eons ago, and two members of my family are U of I graduates. One of my brothers has a restaurant in Davenport. It's beautiful country with wonderful, fresh products which I bet are very enjoyable and inspiring to cook with. Oh, that Iowa pork!
