 Fresh Meat Hello everyone. Fresh meat is here. I'm not a professional cook nor have I taken culinary classes accept alittle summer camp thing I did in high school but that doesn't count  . I'm not that great at cooking food but I can bake the **** out of some sweets. Hopefully here I can gain some knowledge of cooking regular food and share some of my desert recipes with you guys.  |

You needn't think of yourself as "fresh meat" here, because unlike many other culinary sites, we're friendly and open to all comers, whether professional or home cooks (like me). Feel free to share your baking and pastry recipes in the Baking and Pastry General Forum, your other recipes in their respective forums, and help yourself to some browsing in the pros' forums.
