Default I'm finally on a catering forum......

I have finally decided to start up my part time catering business. I have thought about it for the last few years, but just havent made any moves. Well I'm 30 now and grown and sexy, so i figured I would start. My goal is to cook for families in the area who have two working parents and are just too busy to cook heathly for their fam. I have my first task tomorrow night, a birthday part for 30 people. Not a lot from what I have read on this board, but a lot to me......o boy im excited.

Welcome! In the town I lived in for about 20 years, wife of a co-worker has a business making prepared meals for fridge or freezer storage for busy parents or anybody who doesn't want to bother with cooking, and is quite successful.
