Default Hello from Brunei

I’m sous chef from Brunei, and I work with one of the leading hotel in Brunei. I just want to say hello to all of you and I hope I will get a good talking and share with you all.

Are there traditional dishes and products you use in your location? I'm not sure we've had someone here from Burnei, so please indulge us with this information.

Hi Chefrt,
Wecome to the forum,
I'm always looking for inspirational ways to cook whole fish, and I would imagine the south china sea throws up many possibilities i've never heard of. Please excuse my ignorance, but is your cuisine mostly chinese or Malay and indonesian?

In my kitchen we cooked all kind of cuisine, from Western, Malay, Chinese, Indian and Arabic. All of my team is a very good chef, I have all the specialty staff to do the job.
