New Culinary Student Age 18 ^_^

Hiya Guys I'm Juan I Just started the culinary program at my community college, We are being trained by 3 different Executive Chef's and its a very interesting experience so far.
I Got into cooking because I always wanted to do something different and not that many people around here are Chef's...Well actually There are no high class restaurants around my city...National City C.A Is kinda ghetto
I want to get my Degree from the college in Culinary Arts (Only Community college that offers a transferable degree to more advance culinary institutions). Hopefully become a Executive Chef. I will be asking a lot of questions on these forums I'm new to this field so I hope that you all will be patient with me and help me out when you can, Well Nice to meet yall latez ^_^
