Talking Hello from Spain!

Hello everybody!!

I am a cook @ home Spaniard, living in Madrid.

I'm 31 & married, no kids (I hope have a few some day...) and work at my own Internet advertising company.

I totally looove cooking, but have no professional cualifications I would love to some day but... who knows...

I am quite active at spanish cooking forums but have never done so in english forums. I also have a flog which I will post the link when I am allowed to

Sorry if my English is rusty, I was born in Canada and lived there until I was 10, I read and watch tons of TV but rarely write in English sooooooooo... I tend to spanish-ize english words and vice-versa so... bare with me!

Welcome to Chef Talk, Nek0! We're easygoing about language as we realize many of our members speak English as a second, third or even fourth language. Don't let that concern you.

We're always eager to learn about the cooking and ingredients of a member's country or region, and hope you'll contribute to discussions about those of Spain. As a native of Canada, you may even have some fusion between Spanish and Canadian (French?) cuisines- which would be quite interesting.

We hope you explore the site and visit often to learn, share and participate.

Enjoy!
Mezzaluna
