Default Hello from Utah

Hello everyone! I am a 41 year old cancer research scientist living in Park City, Utah with my husband. We both love cooking and entertaining, but have no formal culinary training. I really enjoy trying interesting and unusual ingredients, so I frequently need advice. Thats why I'm here! Thanks so much for sharing your experience and knowledge with home cooks like us.

Hello Jill and welcome! My brother, who's an oncologist, is an avid home cook too. It's a great change of pace from his medical practice. He makes a mean pot of gumbo. What do you and your husband enjoy cooking?

We have some great features here: cooking articles, cookbook reviews, recipes, photo gallery, search tool- oh yes, the forums! We hope you visit and participate often.

Enjoy!
Mezzaluna
