 Hello from Utah Hello everyone! I am a 41 year old cancer research scientist living in Park City, Utah with my husband. We both love cooking and entertaining, but have no formal culinary training. I really enjoy trying interesting and unusual ingredients, so I frequently need advice. Thats why I'm here! Thanks so much for sharing your experience and knowledge with home cooks like us.      |

 Hello Jill and welcome! My brother, who's an oncologist, is an avid home cook too. It's a great change of pace from his medical practice. He makes a mean pot of gumbo.
