| I own a bakery and catering business in Mexico. I also write a food column in the local English newspaper (Vallarta Tribune) and I am events coordinator for the Vallarta Botanical Gardens. Its a lot of work. Our slow season is from Easter until November, so I still have time now for staying up late and looking for interesting things on the internet, like this board. In a couple of months you probably won't see me much. I have worked on fishing boats, in resort hotel restaurants, tug boats, luxury yachts, owned two restaurants ( I think I'm done with that kind of personal **** ) and worked in some really fine restaurants and some forgettable ones too, but that was a long time ago.I look forward to reading here and seeing what is going on. |
