Hi, My name is Kathy. I live in Hawaii and have just started a business here in cake decorating. Specializing in Lrg. party and weddings.
I have worked in cake decorating and baking field for about 15 years. I worked in Maryland at a well known cake shop and as a baker in California, before finally returning home to Hawaii.
Hope to learn a few things here.

Thanks for the welcoming.
I am in Manoa, on the island of Oahu. Guess what I deal with? Humidity. That's what lead me here, I thought I might find some help for fondant and gumpaste work.
Although I have read alot already, I may have the answers I need.
You just never know what others have already learned.
