Thank you for your introduction, Electra. We're happy you found us and hope you'll enjoy participating as a member of Chef Talk. I'm sure you have some good stories to tell about challenges you have met with skill and perhaps some humor, too! (I'm thinking of the role you have of helping people keep their homes tidy and organized! Do you work in Wisconsin??? I could use that kind of help. )

Please enjoy reading the cooking articles, cookbook reviews, recipes and the forums. The photo gallery is very entertaining and instructive, too. We'll look forward to having you here to participate in the community.

Welcome!
Mezzaluna

Electra, I enjoyed visiting your country many years ago and can't wait to return. The people were friendly and the scenery inspiring. It was an important trip in my life, as I was just 25 years old and drove around the countryside on my own.

Yes, Electra, I went to the Beacons too and stayed in Brecon. I saw Carnarvon, Harlech, Caerphilly, Machynlleth, and Swansea. Lovely trip!
