| Ello, My name Dan. I'm a student at CIA and I'm about to finish up my externship at 21 Federal in Nantucket, MA. Originally, I'm from Kentucky. I've been in the business since I was 16, working as a short order cook at a local ball park slinging out burgers for $5.15 an hour. Next serious job was working with at a hotel restaurant working both line and banquets. When I graduated High School, I attended the CIA in the fall. As I said, I went on my externship at 21 Federal on Nantucket, MA. Here, i where I've learned the most. I love cooking and I love food.
