 Hello Hello, I’m obviously new here and I hope to learn many new things from these forums. I’ve been interested in cooking for quite some time now, but it was only until recently that I was able to explore the world of culinary arts. Over the summer, I had an internship in the kitchen of a local hotel where I continue to be employed. When school started, I took cooking classes, which I was finally able to get into. It’s nice to meet you all!  |

 Aloha, ShiningChef! This is a wonderful place to learn and share with chefs and avid home cooks from all over the world. Feel free to participate in the forums and to browse the site, which you'll find quite comprehensive. We even have more members here from Hawaii, so you'll be able to discuss ingredients and dishes unique to the islands. (We don't have much poi, for instance, where I live.  )We'll look forward to seeing you here often to learn and participate in the forums. Welcome! Mezzaluna
