Default G'day

Hi to all, looking forward to find out whats going on in this forum.
I am still hard at it after 22 years behind the stove, so my time online is limited, hope to chat with some of you.

Hello Letscook and welcome! We hope you do find some time to stop in and participate, or to browse around the board and check out the cooking articles, cookbook reviews, recipes and the photo gallery.

What is your restaurant like? Please tell us a bit about yourself.

Welcome!
Mezzaluna

Welcome to the forum. Any chance that you are Australian? Just noticed the little G'day in the subject field.

Default Thankyou

The restaurant seats 75 inside with extra 35 outside. The style is a bit upmarket with prices from 15-22 for entree and 26-43 for mains this is Australian dollar. Situated by the harbour with views to the local islands. I have had 7 chefs with me but now down to just 4, so times are hard. open lunch and dinner all week. I have lots of experience in the industry, that will take some time to tell, lets just start by saying, Jenyfari I am an English man but now an Ausie.
