I'm interested in everything I can sink my teeth into. I only started cooking about eight months ago; this was mainly because my wife fell into a deep state of depression and it was a little scary watching her hold a knife so I started helping. The big drawback in all this is going to a restaurant is pretty much a let down (me and my wife are both pretty good cooks now).

Thanks Mezzaluna.

Yeah, that's a downside of hanging out here!
