 Hullo! Fresh meat here (so to speak) I just started exploring cooking forums a couple of weeks ago and find them fascinating. I thought I'd pop in and introduce myself. I'm 36 yrs old and live with my husband and insane kitty in Fort Worth, Tx. I have pretty much learned all of my cooking skills (which are limited) by either trying things out or researching the net. Right now I am off work due to some health issues so I've been cooking up a storm and having a blast! I am always on the lookout to learn new tricks and try new recipes!

 Hello MsAnya and welcome to Chef Talk. Your off-work time won't be wasted if you spend it here! There's a lot to explore here (cooking articles, cookbook reviews, recipes, the photo gallery and all the forums) so get crackin'- then, get cookin'!
