| hi, well, about me. my name is mike, live in southern new jersey just outside of philadelphia and cooking has always been a love of mine. it was my down time spend during weekends with the family and it just recharged me for the week ahead. i've done cakes, pies, bread, pasta, (my fav) but pastry, never could do pastry... so i don't. i've run a small kitchen in a bar for several years but i didn't like the environment so i got out. now i'm thinking about trying to marketing new food concept for me. with that which is probably more than you all needed (laughing). to all i say hello and only hope life is good. thanks |
