Hello,
A quick bit on me... I love to cook.. just don't always know what I'm doing. (Like can you add uncooked bacon to lentil soup.. will it cook the bacon? Yeah silly to some.. but hey I've been teaching myself everything I do know about cooking!)

My meals are usually raved over by my wonderful family. Dh and 4 dc (ages 20, 19, 12, 10)
They love my garlic chicken and pesto pasta with fresh green beans. It's my favorite to make.

I don't know how to bake. No, I know how.. it just doesn't work out very well. My chocolate chip cookies are more like flat choc chip crisps with holes in them. And my cakes are like spongy pound cakes that bounce. I'll get back to that another time. It sure would be a dream come true to hand my children a plate of homemade choc chip cookies!

So I hope you'll all be gentle with me and some of my crazy questions...
