Thank You, I love all of them If I was forced to number them it would be bread, pastry, and then sugar. I really want to learn how to do sugar though. In one of my first classes the Chef asked why are you here. I told him I didn't know how to pull sugar, and I figured I better learn before I blow up the house. LOLOL
