I currently work in a 4 star establishment (quality hotels) in Newcastle , New south wales , ive been a working in kitchens for 14 years .I work on the sauce section which im very passionate about . Im currently planning to relocate to sydney which is 2hrs south of here for better employment opportunities I started my apprenticeship in Brisbane where i worked in alot of Seafood orientated restaurants preparing dishes ranging from many cuisine around the world !!hope to share ideas here and learn !
