 Hey, everybody I am new to cheftalk so I look forward to using the site as much as I can. I have been professionally cooking for only about 6 yrs. so I am eager to learn as much as I can from everyone. I will always be the one asking questions looking for advice on technique and definitions of culinary terms. Good luck and see ya out there.  |
