Well being a Private member owned Counrty Club we lean more to Asian and working with new cooking styles. We are using Agar Agar, and other food binding items.

Hey, do you know of a really good little bakery called Panini?
I'm out battling a cruel joke played on me but will be back in in a couple of weeks. A cup of coffee and a piece of cake is waiting for all CT members.
