Default Just learning

Just saying hello and hope to learn some things from you people. I do have college level Culinary Arts training although I do not work at it professionally. I use it as a great hobby and enjoy learning news skills and ideas. I do understand Culinary terminology and love the theory aspect of food. I read Escoffier and learn from him. Anyway, I hope to have some fun here and learn from everyone.
