My name is Shelby, I go by Gummy-Bear by many friends. I have wanted to be a chef since I was six years old. When I was nine, I cooked crawfish ettouffe (still a personal favorite). After nine years of practice I cook three course meals for my boyfriend who burns Ramen noodles and I bake cookies for all of my friends. I joined this site for guidance from chefs and to be in an environment beneficial to my future. Feel free to contact me and I hope to see all of you in the forums.
