Hello,

I am Gummy-Bear's mom. She invited me to join. I am thrilled that my daughter shares my love of cooking and food. Well exceeds my love of it since she wants to have it as a career.

As far me, I love planning, shopping and preparing and eating food (everything but the clean up but that still gets done). I love fast recipes that taste, WOW! I am always looking for healthy lower calorie options.

Hello Cyd and welcome to Chef Talk. It's great to hear your daughter's enthusiasm for this community is contagious. I share your loves related to food and also your aversion to cleaning up afterward. I tried to make a deal with my husband when we were newlyweds, that I'd cook anything he wanted if he'd do the cleanup. It didn't fly, but he does it sometimes.
