Hello Cat, and welcome to Chef Talk. I see by your profile that you're a food editor. We'd be happy to hear about your experiences and hope you're just as pleased to enjoy the site and the community members.

I've seen some of your countryside, although it's been very long ago on the way to a tour in Wales. My brother's girlfriend is from the general vicinity (although I believe she's in Chesshire). He loved the area and hopes to return soon.

Perhaps you can also share the culinary traditions of the region- we'd love to hear more from you.

Regards,
Mezzaluna
