Default Hi, How's it going?

Hi I'm Adie.
I design commercial kitchens (in Australia) and want to learn how to design the best Chef's kitchen, directly from the people who know. And this seems to be an excellent place to start.

I hope to learn alot here.

G'day, Adie, and welcome to Chef Talk. I know you'll find the information you seek here. Our members hail from all corners of the world, so you'll have a truly global perspective on what constitutes the "perfect kitchen". And we certainly have a good contingent from the Land Down Under as well.

We hope you'll explore the site and participate in the forums. I would recommend the Professional Chefs' forum to post your question. The Equipment forum is a bit more general, but then everyone participates there- pros and home cooks alike. Some of the home cooks have extremely well-designed kitchens too.

Do you cook as well as design?
