Thumbs up Hello from Sunny Pensacola, Fl.

Hi, I'm Dennis. I mostly grill, dabble a bit in the kitchen to my wife's dismay and am joining this forum with hopes of honing my abilities here and there.
I oven baked a standing prime rib for the first time last week and almost beat anything I've ever tasted. I guess there is hope afterall!

Congratulations on your success with the beef! I know I've gained a lot of confidence to try new things in the kitchen, and I hope you do, too. I was never much of a baker, but now I get a lot of satisfaction from trying more, even yeast baking.
